What is a Development Project
Equityvest manages all aspects of the project; including funding for property acquisition, construction loans, contracting with proven builders and/or developers, and property disposition.

Development Project Overview
The typical timeline, including property acquisition, regulatory approvals, and construction may typically be 2-3 years.
Equityvest provides quarterly updates on project status, including architectural renderings, regulatory approvals, and construction progress to all investors.
Equityvest is the developer and contracts with a third-party builder.
- You receive your preferred return of your investment.
- You receive membership interest, which is your investment percentage as specified in the Subscription Agreement.
- You receive your prorated distribution when the property is sold at completion.
Development Project

Equityvest works with developers, builders and agents to analyze the target property and market conditions
Equityvest acquires the site and obtains financing for the project. Equityvest provides management of funds in the project and makes all development decisions.
The property begins its build phase managed by Equityvest. Equityvest provides periodic construction updates to investors.
Upon completion of the construction, the project is marketed for sale.
Once the buyer has acquired the completed project, the sale profits will be dispersed according to the fund agreement.

Project Introduction
EquityVest works with developers, builders and agents to analyze the target property and market conditions

Deal Approval
The target property is sold to EquityVest for construction or remodeling and EquitVest prepares paperwork for the fund

Project Construction
The property begins its build phase managed by EquityVest and the fund is opened to and begins taking on private investors and investor groups

Project Sale
Upon completion of the home construction or remodel, the target property is put back on the market for resale or rental, depending on the fund agreement

Project Close
Once final sale of the target property has closed or the property has been rented, funds are dispersed to all involved parties per the original fund agreement

Development Structure
We manage all aspects of the project; including, funding for property acquisition, construction loan, contracting with proven builders and/or developers, and property disposition. The typical timeline, including property acquisition, regulatory approvals and construction may typically be 2 to 3 years.
Your investment percentage will be based on the pro-rata amount of the total invested (per the terms and conditions of the fund agreements). Any funds not utilized in the investment will be returned to the investors in accordance with the pro-rata basis of the fund investment.
