Equityvest partners with investors and local established developers and/or builders in the development and construction of residential and commercial projects. We focus on specific geographic areas for fund development, including historic valuation growth, desirable living areas, and demand for new projects.

Upon completion of the construction, the project is marketed for sale.

Project Close

Once the buyer has acquired the property, the sale profits will be dispersed to investors according to the fund agreement.

Upon completion of the home construction or remodel, the target property is put back on the market for resale or rental, depending on the fund agreement

Investment Structure

We raise investment capital in a fund to invest with local real estate developers (builders) as a project equity partner. The typical timeline including site acquisition, permitting, construction and sale of the completed project commonly takes 2 to 3 years. After the sale, fund investors are returned their initial investment along with their share of the project’s financial gain (profit) earned as a project equity partner, and a preferred return percentage.

Your investment percentage will be based on the pro-rata amount of the total invested (per the terms and conditions of the fund agreements).  Any funds not utilized in the investment will be returned to the investors in accordance with the pro-rata basis of the fund investment.
